Here’s a guy we’ve covered before–we saw what happened in South Carolina, up close and in person, in 2000. So when we got a shot to ask Sen. McCain….well, see for yourself.
I find it very interesting that someone who is suppost to be the “straight talker” would not answer a simple question.
So true–I’d like to think it would’ve been different if I had been the one asking the question, but likely not. Still, surprising because this one was truely a “gimme.” The McCain I traveled with in 2000 would’ve answered it.
The sad part is Dana Milbank is so engrossed that he isn’t able to evaluate the changes in McCain.
